1. Introduction & Shipping Process
This policy explains the shipping process for orders fulfilled through Fedoms.com. Fedoms manages the entire shipping process through its designated third-party shipping partners. The process is as follows:

A Reseller places an order on Fedoms.com.

Fedoms forwards the order details to the respective Seller and our designated shipping partner.

The shipping partner picks up the packed product directly from the Seller's location.

The shipping partner delivers the product to the Reseller's end customer.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: Orders are processed and sent to Sellers and shipping partners within 1-2 business days.

Seller's Dispatch Time: Sellers are required to pack the order and keep it ready for pickup within 2-4 business days. The pickup is done by our shipping partner.
3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery Time: After pickup from the Seller, our shipping partner will deliver the product to the end customer. Generally, delivery takes 5-10 business days, depending on the customer's location.

Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances with the courier company.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on our shipping partner's rates, which depend on package weight, dimensions, and the distance between the Seller and the end customer.

The final shipping charge for your order will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you make the payment.
5. Shipment Tracking

Once our shipping partner picks up the order from the Seller, a tracking ID will be generated.

This tracking ID will be updated in the Reseller's order details on the Fedoms platform, which can then be shared with the end customer.
6. Undeliverable Shipments (RTO)

If a shipment is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, it will be returned to the Seller (Return to Origin - RTO) by our shipping partner.

In such cases, the Reseller is responsible for the original and any re-shipping charges. We will coordinate with the Reseller to arrange for re-shipment upon payment of the applicable fees.
7. Scope of Delivery
Currently, our shipping partners deliver to most pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
